What event occuring in anime do you hate the most?

Super special old ultimate move that is so powerful its super special doesn't affect new characters introduced.
e.g: Grand cero not working on the hell guy

This one's related to the one about bad guys not using their super ultimate attack right away,
Bad guys (and good guys) not using their ultimate form/style right away. Instead they use some shitty, inferior style just to show respect or something. That or they can transform into multiple forms and they decide to start out battles in their weakest one then progressively change into stronger ones as the fight gets harder. Dragonball is the biggest offender of this one.

The one device that I can not stand in anime is pinky-swears. What that? You promised a girl that you would marry her when you where five and subsequently suffered mysterious amnesia? Great! Why don't you reinforce this by repeating the same flashback every five minutes of the last six episodes?
Case point: Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun

The chars that do things excessively stupid. We understand that there are idiots out there in real life, but damn, people are that god damn stupid... are they? (ie: Kon, Horatio and his little sidekick)
Repetition.
"I've heard you scream about 'tueestu sarvu' literally 300 times. SHUT THE FUCK UP! Do you seriously have amnesia and are surprised to see the fucking shot for the 300th time?"
Needless to say, I was greatly annoyed by POT. I actually yelled angry comments at my computer for this one.

I hate teenagers who have some über ability.
I'm not talking super powers, who cares it's already a super power and therefore not realistic, anybody could have that, kids included. I'm talking about teenagers who are freaking Einsteins before ending high school.
Example:
(click to show/hide)Nina in Code Geass. She's like 16 and is the sole inventor of something a lot more powerful than nuclear weapons. There are a few years of studying missing.
