@shensu3: Nice idea for a forum thread.

Souten Kouro

Looks really good from the couple eps I've seen. To bad almost all groups working on this are stalled.
This. Seriosuly.. Why not make a joint if so many groups are getting stalled?

Ashita no Joe, yes, Saizen is working on it, and Takara fansubs are working on the sequel, but it'll take years...

Ginga Nagareboshi Gin (a proper version = not the one on BakaBT)
Sure, I am working on it myself but stalled due to being one person.

There was a anime which I watched as a kid long ago, was dubbed in mandarin chinese so I don't know the english name. I do remember the main characters name tho. Its Yang yi or something. Funny cooking show. The one which where characters go running naked with a loincloth covering the essentials with exploding sea at the background when the food is amazing.

Wishiknowitsname.jp g
Sounds alot like Yakitate!! Japan 8)

Shouwa Monogatari. Hatsuyuki-Hadena worked on it for 4 eps or so, but then they began prioritizing Ao no Exorcist which doesn't make much sense since most people were going with gg anyway. Why not work on a show that actually needs to be subbed?

I've given that a lot of thought and I guess thats because some shows aren't that popular or maybe they just didnt have fun watching it themselves to sub it  :-\ Dono man its just weird, No logic >.>

Why not work on a show that actually needs to be subbed?
Because it's very uncommon to work on a show you didn't enjoy. As such, the less popular a show is, the less people watched it, and thus, the number of people who watched it, enjoyed it, and have the ability to work on it goes down.

Show that need to be subbed are shows that are not popular. Thus, as stated above, there will be far fewer people interested in working on it. That is the reasoning.  :police:

In conclusion, the fact that unpopular shows have very few people working on it completely logical. Q.E.D.
Demons run when a good man goes to war. Night will fall and drown the sun, when a good man goes to war. Friendship dies and true love lies, night will fall and the dark will rise, when a good man goes to war. Demons run but count the cost, the battle's won, but the child is lost.

I know, it was a rhetorical question. I understand why they would rather work on Ao no Exorcist. Hell, I'd rather work on it than Shouwa Monogatari. But it's just frustrating once you've started to watch a show.

You should remember that most of these are not going to be subbed (yet) mostly because raws are very hard to find right now.
Now, when MU is down. But previously it wasn't a porblem.

BTW, I'd kill for raws of Doctor Dokkiri
I have them & didn't killed anyone yet. Weird? :police:
