I think the show is originally 16:9 the black bars seems intentional as you can see on the pictures the letters were chopped.

Storywise:
Somehow I find this show slow. Gonna read the manga for the mean time.

mm, I don't like the idea of training through killing and reviving, looks more like a combination of Queens Blade and something else, the gorey stuff is kinda pushing me off from this, but for the time being I would like to see what happens to the untouchable queen in the next episode, I would so fucking kill that kid, really, REALLY !!!! Cut off every joint slowly, making sure he is councious.

And yet, I'm 100% sure he'll be the most important character in the entire series, despite him being a siscon. And more so now that he is the first person to ever have touched the Untouchable Queen (which will probably work in her favor).

Despite all the fanservice, I really enjoyed the first episode. I like the story and the gore is awesome. Wasn't expecting this to be very good at all. Glad my initial thoughts were wrong.

I know, but I sure hope this is not gonna be something shitty like most siscons male leads, he will give her the freezing support or what it was, and a boost in power, I like her dressing style already, I dislike the way this is going gore-like, but I can live with it for the time being, i hope it stays with the amount of censor as it is, but with less blind light.

Yea yea sure there is some fanservice in the Manhwa but no to this extent, stupid panty shoots and clothes ripping like they are made from paper.

I'm gonna stick with the Manhwa, i don't want this to run a nice read.

I kind of like the story on this series. But not to complain about the fanservice, but...well, it isn't as good as say High School of the Dead. This show's gratuitous ecchiness leaves me as hot as looking at department store mannequins. They are nipples and pantsu shots, but they seem kind of lifeless to me.

This show also really makes me think of many other shows that have gone before. The queen even reminds me of a certain someone from Fate Stay Night, right down to what she wears.

Well watched the first episode and quite liked it but I only got to understand most of it by reading the Manhwa ... I personally find the anime confusing/unclear while the first chapters of the Manhwa aren't.

As I've read up to the newest scanlated chapter I'll probably follow it out of curiosity but if they don't level up in storytelling I'll probably will just be content with discovering this little gem of a Manhwa and drop the anime

hmmm... i don't think i can get into this series. even with all the fanservice, the guro parts were too much. i dont like seeing cute girls being dismembered. i feel it started out really cool, but i couldnt follow it very well. it was like Eva crossed with Princess Lover or whatever. does this show have a good redeeming feature?

I think chopping up the hot chicks would be somebody's delightful revenge. But yeah, I hate mutilating pretty women, always have since I saw this old black and white movie where it was either Hercules and the Amazon Queen, and she died at the end, or it was the story of Queen Boedica of England.

And to think we haven't really had to deal with the bad guys yet, except in a flashback, it's all been training exercises, right? But the bad guy looked like an all-powerful lump. Which I guess would make them a lot like NGE's "angels", ne?

Well, I don't like chopped off limbs and stuff, but as long as it's done good, it's acceptable, lets see what the next episode will give, but judging from the preview I just saw after a re-watch.
I am inclined to say this show will be sick with gore, the plot-line will be slim, and there will be quantity of nudity and adult content, but I hope I will be wrong with this one at least.

After reading the first chapter, I started to wonder which way the show will go, so far no changes in a big picture. Hoping it will stay in a good taste.
