I have the same problem and the same ISP (Clicknet), did the thing with tor and it's working now(many thanks Kyrdua), what baffles me is that bakabt is the only tracker I'm having problems with, other trackers work without a hitch....

Same problem for me, same ISP (ClickNet), I can download, but can't seed back, sometimes i get 0 seeds and peers, restarting utorrent fixes that, but i have torrents that are almost a month old with 0 bytes uploaded :( . Hopefully a solution to this problem will be found, other than enabling proxy servers.
