Hey, i just wanted to download something and the download dosen't start, always 0 peers & 0 seeds but in the torrent activity it says *last seed 1 second ago*

so i think it's a problem from me, i looked at wiki and didn't found anything..hope u can help me

prolly has something to do with your isp.

His other torrents are working. It has nothing to do with his ISP.

Have you tried to simply restart?

yes, same thing but i'm downloading now a hentai just for test and it works , while the other torrent dosen't

You know, you could just quickly check his tracker profile to see if he is a Philippine user before you link that... It really only takes two clicks.

Anyway, at OP, try redownloading the torrent file? If that doesn't work, try downloading the other version of it, which seems to be what you've decided to do already. Looks like you've seeded some data on it though, 60MB?

He is from Romania, but it appears he has the same fortune as our Philippine users.
The tracker recognises him as Apache-HttpClient/4 as well.

you know people can put just about any country in their profile right? that's not useful at all. when i checked his profile it was blank now it says he's from japan.

^ I saw it as Japan too. And it's been too long since I've changed that setting, so no, I guess I technically wasn't aware of that.

P.S i'm from Japan but i moved in Romania for some reasons

anyway, at the moment, the workaround we phil users use is proxy(as duki stated we have a similar problem, for a month now). tor is recommended for convenience.

here's a working config(leave settings outside red square as they are on yours, and https' supposed to be http).

well, i downloaded http://www.torproject.org/ but i tought that it will be included as a plugin in utorrent and dosen't need start, so i just started it and that's all

There isn't much we can do. This is a problem caused by ISPs.
