Okay, I'm more than willing to seed and all that. And will getting material to seed as soon as possible.

But, aside from a movie I may have to re-download from this tracker to seed to you guys, and a few OSTs that noone is downloading, I have nothing but Western animation. Now, don't get me wrong, I will get acceptable torrents to seed soon enough, I just wanted to know if you would accept my western torrents?

I understand that this is a tracker for Japanese animation and related materials, but since there's no "Animation" trackers except for anime that I know of, it's hard for me to find a variety of animation. And searching though sites that focus more on program cracks and porn than anything else is a pain. Also, I see no rule that would cause me to be punished for simply wanting to share something like an American cartoon.

Also, unlike a lot of the Japanese animation on here, most of the animation I want to seed to you guys have little chance of a proper DVD release in most parts of the world. I just want to help out here the way I know how, but if it means getting something I can actually seed, I will. I was just hoping fellow animation fans would understand I want to do contribute here.

Pretty much anything. I like anything animated, hence I came here for a select few anime movies and their OSTs.

As for the titles, mostly things like Bonkers, Swat Kats, pretty much all the stuff that sadly is censored (like many toons from 30s-40s) but uncut online, or the titles mentioned that won't get a DVD release.

I've found a few animation trackers now, but they are dead or focus too much one style, time period or national origin of animation (kinda like this one) for me to get truly involved in. This tracker was worth it just for the few titles that I wanted and any potential films/series that I learn of in the future.

Right now, I'd like to find a place where all animation is shown, but I know that this is unlikely. I was just hoping maybe, some tracker would consider making something for all animation, it'd help the traffic if one could grab some Detective Conan films or Samurai X, and still get their uncut Bugs Bunny or a way to have Heckle and Jeckle on DVD on the same tracker.

Dunno why you're insisting on this site, or "animation sites" in particular. Is something wrong with the big public trackers like TPB, Isohunt, OpenBT, etc.?

BTW, even if you did have stuff to offer, you have to seed 25GB and have a ratio over 0.5 before you are allowed to upload anything. This is in the Wiki.

Yes, there is something wrong with the big public trackers, if they don't focus on one certain thing, any old trash just gets placed on it. The focus on Japanese animation here makes this tracker better than Pirate Bay for anime.

I just wanted to get all the animation that I want, but it's all anime trackers, I do like this tracker for what I got, and would like to contribute more than just simply leech a few movies and then just go away. Also, I saw no rule that forbade animation from other nations than Japan, which is all I really have to share. Since no one seems to care about the Samurai 7 OST or Arashi No Yoru Ni film and soundtrack. I hardly have anything to share and I feel bad about that.

That is correct, we do not only allow anime originated from Japan, anime from other nations is allowed only if it was heavily influenced by Japanese anime. Exception is anime made originally and/or specifically for the US market.

It is however a grey area, and usually handled on a case to case basis.

But, all the torrents I get from here don't upload as I download. Only after I complete the download will it upload, even then it's minimal compared to torrents from other trackers. And for some reason, I happen on torrents that no one wants, doesn't seem like I'll be able to help like I hope I would, or is this because of the freeleech going on?

Suit yourself... Also, you're contributing plenty by just "leech a few movies and then just go away." Not that I hope you'll do that, but each person's leeching helps the seeders increase their ratios. Adding more torrents to the pool isn't that big of a deal, but the difficulty of doing so is enough for self-satisfaction, I suppose.

Completely coincidence. If you stare for long enough, you'll notice some seeding activity while you are leeching.

Yes, this is expected. You should also expect less seeding activity when site-wide freeleech ends. You wouldn't believe the volume of people waltzing in here saying exactly that, worried about a nonexistent problem and/or complaining about it.

This doesn't make sense; can you clarify? If you mean your download is not being recorded, that is what freeleech means. If you mean that no one wants to leech the torrents you download, that's not related to freeleech at all but rather just a general lack of interest.

The statistics box provides information you can use to determine roughly how popular any given torrent is.

We tend to be much more seed-heavy, leech-light than other public trackers, but significantly easier to seed on than most private trackers.  So, it all depends on to what you compare us.

The key is patience.  Leechers will come.

Okay, I'm okay now. I just need a new computer and a bigger hard drive for all the animation I'll be getting, sadly, you can't torrent money.

If no one else is downloading, that's more of a general lack of interest like you said, especially since it's freeleech time. If the torrent isn't freeleech, you might also take into account that people don't want to jeopardize their ratios.

Anyway, just be patient and have the torrent running as much as possible. I have a computer set aside to torrent 24/7. But "seeding for nothing" doesn't make sense - if no one is leeching, it'll just stay idle while other torrents seed. You're not wasting resources, unless you count electricity as one.
