  Oh haha wow, it turns out I actually have this book. Won it as a prize at a convention a few years ago. And I just bought a scanner (first one I've ever owned) last week. Perhaps I should take some donations to take the book apart and scan it?

But if somebody can upload an already-scanned version, that would be better.
