Yet another help me romanize/TL thread

Hi! I know there are zillions of these threads out there... but now I need a little help u.u
I need to romanize a CD tracklist, and couldn't find anything decent out there (some even used all onyomi <.<). I've already done everything (thanks Rikaichan) but... I suck at these things. Many where taken from dictionary (again Rikaichan), but the ones in bold I'm not sure about. Well, here it is:
1. 遠い伝承歌 (Tooi Tsutaeuta) Ancient Song (or Distant Traditional/Transmitting Song?)
2. タイトル (Title)
3. 自然が呼んでいる (Shizen ga Yondeiru) Calling Out the Nature
4. ひなたぼっこ (Hinatabokko) Basking in the Sun
5. けものもあるけば…？ (Kemono mo Arukeba...?) The Beast also Walks...?
6. 張りつめた糸 (Hari Tsumeta Ito) Stretched Strings (or to put tension in the strings, in past)
7. 嘶き (Inanaki) Neigh of a Horse
8. けものびと (Kemonobito) Human Beast
9. 神の遺産 (Kami no Isan) The Legacy of God
10. 届かない想い (Todokanai Omoi) To not Reach the Feelings
11. 緊迫 (Kinpaku) Tension
12. 慟哭 (Doukoku) Lamentation
13. 己が意思 (One ga Ishi) My own Purpose
14. 君のぬくもり (Kimi no Megumori) Your Warmth
15. 告白 (Kokuhaku) Confession

Edit: And this one... 水の都レフティス (Mizu no To Refutisu), what does "refutisu" mean? ???

3. 自然が呼んでいる -> Shizen ga Yondeiru -> Nature is Calling
4. ひなたぼっこ -> Hinatabokko -> Basking in the Sun
5. けものもあるけば…？ -> Kemono mo Arukeba...? -> Beasts should just walk...?
6. 張りつめた糸 -> Haritsumeta Ito -> Clinging to Strings
7. 嘶き -> Inanaki -> Neigh of a Horse
8. けものびと -> Kemonobito -> Therianthropy
9. 神の遺産 -> Kami no Isan -> The Legacy of God
10. 届かない想い -> Todokanai Omoi -> Unreaching Thoughts (I realize unreaching is not a word, but I don't know anything that better describes this. Todokanai literally means "unable to reach [a place]")
11. 緊迫 -> Kinpaku -> Tension
12. 慟哭 -> Doukoku -> Lamentation
13. 己が意思 -> Ore ga Ishi -> My Purpose
14. 君のぬくもり -> Kimi no Nukumori -> Your Warmth
15. 告白 -> Kokuhaku -> Confession

水の都レフティス -> Mizu no To Refutis -> The City of Water Lefteris (This is a place in Greece)

You know, I've learned since coming to BBT that I might as well not bother trying to translate things since by the time I see the thread, it already has someone translating >.>

Thanks a bunch :D. I had no idea what "Therianthropy" was or the Water Lefteris (I searched for "Leftis" back then but obviously didn't get anything :P)

Hehe, but it stayed unanswered for 10 days xD. I couldn't reply earlier because I was away from here... vacations... and no net where I went >.>
