Ratio Problesm

My Ratio has been dropping as of late even when I'm not online, or when my utorrent is not even running. It started after the Freeleech, during the Holidays, ended. I've stopped downloading after the FreeLeech, in fact I'm just trying to seed now and bring my ratio higher, but the opposite is happening. It's not in a dangerous level yet, it's 0.645, but last night it was 0.654, and the night before 0.665 and these changes happen overnight when I'm sleeping. I tried searching in the FAQ and wiki, but found nothing. I'm sorry if there was an answer there that I missed though.

What is better 1 : 1 (= 1.000) or a 1:2 (= 0.500)?

if he had a ratio of 0.665 two days ago and now it's 0.645 it's still falling though...

you profile does not list any obvious irregularities - are you sure you didn't download anything, no matter how small?
oh, and i just noticed you are also one of the unfortunate "Apache-HttpClient/4" Filipino.

No, I haven't been downloading for a few days now. At least not from BakaBT. The weird thing is it goes down overnight when I'm asleep, and hardly changes during the day.

Ah, my fault. Ok, another question then:

Did you stop downloading shortly after Freeleech ended? On your user page there are active torrents that have local ratios but they shouldn't if you downloaded those during Freeleech. Or are these from before Freeleech started?

I stopped after the Freeleech, those are actually seeding... Wierd my utorrent isn't even running right now... I thought those wouldn't pop up when it's not running.


EDIT: Oh and they were from before freeleech, sorry I forgot to add that.

Do you let your PC running overnight to seed? How about shutting down the PC (your) tonight and see what the ratio is the next morning?

I shut it down at night. We even unplug the connection.

Can you check all the torrents on your user page if they are indeed the ones you downloaded, both in active and inactive?

Have you tried generating a new pass-key, someone could be downloading on your behalf?

I can't think of anything else at the moment. If other mods don't jump in, observe your ratio again over the next few days and come back here if nothing changes (or rather in your case if something changes again)

I just quickly inspected your torrents. Most of them have you listed as having downloaded equal to or less than the size of the torrent (which is fine, of course)... except for one. The Toradora! one (active as of right now), you seem to have downloaded about 2GB more than the torrent's size. Why is that?

Oh! that's because i got stupid and deleted those files and had to download it again! -_-;;
