Kids Anime about boy turned into a cat... Please help

Ok... My first ever anime I ever loved wasn't pokemon.. I know!! amazing!!! :P well prob not for u guys... but for me I think it is... Well, I was trying to remember what the anime was called... And I cant :(

its about a kid who is mean and cruel to cats so somehow (i forger  :-\) gets turned into a cat... :-\ I know theres probably heaps.. but im desperate... I loved this show
