they guy made millions voicing a silly badass blonde pervert, he ought to have a drunken voice most of the time, I loved the old voice so damn much, partly because it was 8 bit to 16 bit, the guy giving voice to Solus (ME2) as far as sarcasm goes, would fit, if he can be more manly, I can bite it :)

IMDB claims it's the same guy. The intonation is also extremely similar, if he sounds differently it's probably because, well, you know, it's been 12 years. Also higher bitrates and less scratchiness.

im not saying its a different guy it just doesnt sound the same and the different sounding voice i think will be one of the huge negatives for many duke fans. Cuz its just OFF by a little and its enough to drive me personally crazy.
