I want to follow the guidelines of this website because I think it's awesome :D
It says I have 48 of 75 seeded, but it keeps changing. Sometimes it'll be 49/75 or 52/75, but it never rises above that.

What you're reading there is (likely) the swarm information; there are 48 seeds (people who have finished downloading the file) and 75 leeches (people who have not downloaded all the files).

Actually, no.  It's a subtle distinction, but your account will be warned with too low of a ratio, which will prevent you from downloading any more* until your ratio raises above the threshold, at which point the warning will be lifted.

Your account will be disabled (banned) if you do something silly, like create multiple accounts to get around warnings.

As Soryon pointed out, this is normal, and everything is probably working correctly.  There are just a lot of people for those leechers to choose to download from, so your odds aren't particularly good.

There are some useful entries in the FAQ regarding managing your ratio.  Being proactive (as you are) always helps.

On the home page of the website, it'll say "# here" and only "# here" unseeded. Is that reliable?

That's a relief! I hope it doesn't get that low, ever. My ratio jumped from 0.014 to 0.031 overnight! Even if that's still low, it's still an improvement. The more I download (and allow to seed) the higher my ratio will go up, right?

Why shouldn't it be reliable? Usually all torrents here are seeded pretty well(a lot of them are even overseeded)

Not exactly. Downloading none freeleech torrents will of course reduce your ratio at first, but you'll have more to seed. So your uploadspeed will probably increase and your ratio will go up faster.

btw why did you download "kuragehime" twice? You know that's not a good idea if you want your ratio to increase

I didn't know @_@ 'Cause sometimes, well, a lot of times, websites will lag. I'm new to all of this... Like every single thing. I'm at the extent of my computer skills :P

I'm probably just going to try to find some freeleech torrents so I can "practice" a bit. Of course, it's going to be something I'll watch (and something I'll want to watch) and then I'll switch over to downloading non-freeleech.

I don't think it downloaded twice... I think when I hit "force start" it just made it to where it only seeded. My ratio dropped from 0.018 to 0.014 when I closed out of the Torrent last night, but miraciously it was at (and still is) 0.031

As the main tracker website (the main site) is linked directly to the tracker, you can trust all the numbers it shows. All the numbers are updated every 15 min or so. As for unseeded, torrents don't suddenly become unseeded - a torrent becomes unseeded when all the seeders disconnect at the same time. Just try to convince me that that happens all the time.
