I must be a damn idiot because apparently no one else had a problem with the offer system. I found the wiki's "description" of the very lacking. What are offers and how do I accept them? It won't let me download anything that has been offered as it says "This torrent will not be registered with the tracker until it is approved.". Hell, some of these offers I think i've downloaded in the past.
