Tracker account not sending e-mails

I have set in the tracker account to send me an e-mail every time I receive a pm. I have already received some PM and no e-mail form the tracker. What's wrong?

Gmail labelled us spammers, so it usually arrives straight to spam, sometimes even failing to arrive at all...
