this....after a few seasons you should have nearly every fansub page bookmarked anyway, except HorribleSubs.

Or RSS feeded. :D

Yeah what's up with HorribleSubs anyways? LOL I downloaded a show that they subbed but have not watched it yet. I'm guessing with a name like HorribleSubs they are... Horrible? LOL XD
BrownMasterV:
HorribleSubs is fine, they're just trolls sometimes.
It's best not to get into it in this topic.

I find bookmarking fansub pages tedious and messy; This is why tokyotosho is my site of choice- everything's in one place.

HS is basically Crunchy Roll rips.
Anyway yea, I agree TT is the best bet cuz it keeps pretty much everything in the same spot. I don't bother checking certain subbers pages cuz I am not patient. I always pick up whatever drops first. Then, by the time the next weeks episodes come out all the other groups have caught up and I will DL the previous episode from which ever group that I decided to stick with for archiving purposes.
However, I guess this approach wouldnt be prudent for anyone with bandwidth caps since I am effectively DLing 2x what I really need.

I have the RSS feed of www.baka-updates.com and some fansub groups, but when I decide to watch some new show I go to anidb to check who is subbing it, instead of sifting trough the feeds, since sometimes some groups call the same show differently (some use the Japanese title, some translate it). After I choose a group, I go to their site to download the already released episodes. Then, I check the feed(s) to see whether they released a new one. I sometimes set up automatic downloading on uTorrent, but not always, mainly if the group does not release the episodes regularly, so there is higher probability that I might miss the release.
