Question Regards the "DO NOT UPLOAD" List

I've already looked at the rules and it says that DB subs are not to uploaded. I'm just curious as to why it's considered to be "Disagreeable fansubs". Is it some childish feud, something of that variety, or is there a legitimate reason for doing so? I realize this site isn't necessarily a democracy but please refrain from pulling the "this is my site and I'll do whatever I want" line. Thanks in advance.

As said as above search next time. Long story short. They don't want anyone distributing their stuff and we would rather not deal with them. 9 times out of 10 they are not the best anyway.
