I don't need to know who does what when I see a good story developing in front of me, now knowing who does what makes sense why it is that way :)
This show will be one that will make me excited in my wait for another episode :)

It does to me. SHAFT, P.A.Works, J.C.Staff, 8bit and few others are very well known Animation Work producers. The second thing I look into is the story writers and the directors. It's a critical part to me so I know who actually worked on the series.
Hanasaku Iroha has a lot of senior staff members that worked on some very great series (and also favorites to me). I already know Hanairo will be one hell of a series and I've been following it since like 4 or 5 months ago.

I got hs simply cuz they were fastest, subs didn't have many annoying errors, found only 2 typos, looks like CR started to sub properly (or funi, doesn't really matter)
