well, we do know nothing about him really, and if that woman on the stairs is his mother, I can actually see a resemblance, both are foulmouths.

Image is 404. I don't think balut would be all that popular in Japan, so maybe only in Vietnamese restaurants.

Btw are there people who actually LIKE that? I'd throw up if I was within a foot of one.

I dont like Yuina at all, first impressions are pretty important and she seems boring.

^ ;D oh and Tomoe's rant was equally funny!
"What the heck's a plateau girl?" I wonder what the actual translation of that dialogue is.

That reminds me, these become hilarious if taken out of context:

how mean, that's my favorite midnight snack. despite it's looks balut actually just tastes like duck meat and yolk.

plateau girl, i assume would be a girl from the countryside. and yeah, i get the image  ;D (still quite hilarious even if not taken out of context though).
fanservice here is pretty good despite being invisible to the unperverted eye.

yeah I saw it as well, good episode too, a slice of a few peoples character delivered, hell even Minchi softened up a bit, just a bit to tease Ohana :D

on a side note, i'm expecting the BD releases to be at least 450mb each.

I don't quite get why but this show managed to pull me in so fast. I'm guessing the animations and colors are simply too amazing. It's just one of those shows that you'd end up watching even if you hated everything else about it.

Love the OP song too.

watching it every time myself, and that is rare for me, although this season has 3 shows that I watch OP/EDs of.

Animation in this episode was jerkier than it was earlier. Please tell me they're not already running out of budget.

The episode itself was awesome. Oh and what is with that crane ;D ? Ko chan GO GO GO!

Each to his own. I find the OP voice annoying as hell.
I always watch Deadman Wonderland and Anohana's themes

it will be epic if the crane becomes Ohana's love interest. i wanna see her make out with it.

anyway, nice subversion in ep 5. didn't see that coming.
