Image is 404. I don't think balut would be all that popular in Japan, so maybe only in Vietnamese restaurants.

how mean, that's my favorite midnight snack. despite it's looks balut actually just tastes like duck meat and yolk.

plateau girl, i assume would be a girl from the countryside. and yeah, i get the image  ;D (still quite hilarious even if not taken out of context though).
fanservice here is pretty good despite being invisible to the unperverted eye.
