If I were a God... these would be my tools.

Pfft. Call me when they enable marquee.
Did you know Satan was supposedly gods RIGHT HAND MAN, not his left. Blows your theory out of the water now doesn't it.

Well, let's see here...
  • I can see everything that everyone sees in the world (including animals and trees)
  • I have access (or hyperlinks) to everyone's thoughts
  • I can mail people my own thoughts
  • I can control people remotely
  • Make a table anywhere I want (Gods gotta eat too!)
  • Have rows of people who will be dining with me each time I eat
  • I would create the best columns in an Athenian Pantheon to which all of us will dine in.
  • My Superb Scripts (get it? haha) will make every Hollywood movie good (I definitely think the current lot just use Hollywood to make money)
  • I would have my own sub group, conveniently named [SoG] or Sub's of God
  • With this power... I can change everything in the world with just one thing!
  • I would be able to write code to modify how the world works (change physics)
  • I would never speak, so everyone will have to read my speech bubbles
  • Of COURSE I would have the ability to nuke people... you think humans will get all the fun?
  • And the ability to make this list... bitch!

My powers are boundless with the abilities that BakaBT give me...  :P

EDIT: I just watched the first episode today... it's very different from what I was expecting (a very pleasant surprise I might add). It reminds me of Spirited Away almost... with out the spirits part. Excited to see the next episode!

You forgot the trope where girl rises up from the ashes and achieves glory.

If I hadn't have seen the first ep. already, some of those posts might have had me not wanting to watch this series. Glad that didn't happen.

I'm just not sure what sort of off beat trials she will face, or if they will all be fairly reality based. As in, I don't think aliens will kidnap gramma, no matter how much she needs it.
Timing is everything in comedy!

This was one of the better first episodes I've seen in a while. Big fan of the lead girls personality. Also very happy to see this is 26 episodes. Light drama at its finest!

Hm, I think that's basically trope no. 4 (she has to make her own place in the world) - of course achieving glory.

Trial prediction:
win angry girl's friendship
win grandmas heart
find out why her mother was disowned
finding her father
making guests happy
mastering a skill that nobody else has, thus becoming a valued member of the bath house
figuring out her feelings for boy-kun (forgot his name already)
how many more times she has to have part of her body grabbed or revealed to achieve "best series of 2011" with the fanboys

26 eps ? that is good news if they can keep this style up, this will easily replace the empty hole after KnT ended, the only problem I see is :

she is a good cook, if she gets a chance to show it, she is already welcome.

problem is, even if she doesn't fully understand her situation, it shows she is a hard worker, she will very quickly fit in, but acceptance might be hard. the friendly girls seem to like her, but I think they will only use her for their personal gain, the shy sister seems like a good sort, but she doesn't seem to know how to help her out, something is bothering her, and it probably will be quite shocking.

I normally don't watch ongoing shows. Im glad I watched the first episode. Its pretty good !  ;D who knows It might actually change my view on anime altogether.
Now I must resist ! No sushi Wait for the series to end ! You can watch the rest in one go ! think about it !

I got hs simply cuz they were fastest, subs didn't have many annoying errors, found only 2 typos, looks like CR started to sub properly (or funi, doesn't really matter)

Rumor is the CR subber who did this used to work for eclipse

I'm also hearing that rumor, too. Eclipse is not really dead yet (well consider them nearly half dead since they're doing one show this season).

I accidentally seen preview, and disagree, but it will be very entertaining and interesting, this is as much as I will spoil, which further induces the fact that
I WANT EP 3 NAO !!

It airs on sunday on tokyo mx but some groups take the monday airing because tokyo mx sometimes inserts infobars into the episode as seen in episode 1 from doki

Also I think this is going to be the gem of spring 2011

Gem? I'm hooked already. I have an itching feeling that this will be Toradora! caliber.

Toradora! caliber PLUS 26 episodes. It also doesn't hurt that the art style and quality are... well... anime movie quality.
