I can't remember if I did mention there will be new anime for Hanasaku Iroha but it seems like I did. No word on what it will be. Also, a spin-off manga called Hanasaku Iroha: Green Girls Graffiti first volume was released a while ago. Minko Tsurugi is the main character in the spin-off manga.

Enjoy.

36 GB for 26 episodes at 1080BD, is it worth it?

(i'm talking about the 1080 bd here on bbt, and the 720 here on bbt)

Huge difference from the 720, or just an upscale?

Cause If you guys love that 1080, I'm totally going to buy more HDD to accommodate this. XD

Thanks!

According to wiki(not sure if correct), there is a movie planned for March of 2013.

It's an improvement that's why bbt took it. Archive it if you like.

Also don't make the mistake of downloading Tenshi's Version. I offered it and it was rejected in favor of Golo. Golo was ultimately replaced by Hobiron.

So download Hobiron's release.

I have Horibon's release ... I must say, I do not like their release thou' I still have it. I prefer Coalgirls .. for now.

Few days ago, I decided to watch ... well, just maybe two minutes of the first episode. Then I ended up on episode 25 ... well, 26 now, without releasing what I just did. 2 minutes did in fact place an impact on me. Good news is I remember nothing of this series. I've been switching between this and Spice & Wolf [Novel] Volume 5/6 and now on 7.

Awaiting the movie now ... this is going to be a terrible patience to experience.

Yeah, I just finished it and enjoyed it a lot too. It managed to keep the original series' great balance between peaceful slice of life and more serious life issues very well. Definitely a must-watch for people who enjoyed the TV series.

Agreeing with the above. Not sure it really captivated the feel of the series, but for such a short thing it delivered a lot of good things.

It was a very good movie. I love all the backstory on Ohana's mother and grandmother and what happened with them. My only complaint was its length. I wanted more!

^ This. Just got done finishing it. Great in everything. Nice ending song. Now if they would just keep going ...

P.A.Works did a fabulous job on this.

They do a fabulous job with everything... I also just watched it today. Even though there was no real ending or conclusion that wrapped up the show, it was still amazing. These guys know how to do character development along with amazing visuals that rival anime movies.
