I hope that some day in the distant future an english patch comes out. THat would make me really happy.

Gah, it's split into a patch, an update, an MDF file (>2.3GB), and an MDS file (<a few hundred KB). I have no idea what to do with it. Apparently the MDF is like a compressed ISO? But you supposedly use MagicISO or Alcohol 120%, neither worked for me. Crap...
