EDIT: Okay, it's installing with that odd ???/&% language. (I've setup Clannad like this, so it should be fine.)

EDIT2: YAY! Works perfectly! I am not so sure I really want to press START though...

You should run it from AppLocale menu into Japanese language pack, just install AppLocale and run it, make a shortcut and it should work just fine, you shouldn't even have any problems.
