Kurisu obviously does something in the near future that fucks him, or she helps Sern in some way.

(click to show/hide)or maybe she gets jealous of his fanaticism towards saving Mayuri, and does something to stop him. Or possibly even does it out of love, since it probably consumed his life up until he sent Titor back.

Meomix, Suzuha knows when Mayuri dies. She knows time, location etc. She probably also knows that Okabe tried (though in vain) to save Mayuri with his temporal options. So she knew even her help in that one moment would change nothing. They need the mysterious divergence of 1 %.
