(click to show/hide)But I thought that reversing D-Mails cannot prevent a death indefinitely, like how Mayuri is destined to die?  Each D-mail delays her death by a certain period of time, so why would a D-Mail prevent Moeka's death entirely?

Because it is seen that in this world line, both Moeka and Mr. Braun die.  In SG's interpretation of time, it seems that this can't be avoided unless the world line diverges.  And the last D-Mail sent did not change the world line.

So even if her d-mail caused her death, she would have died eventually in this world line (as events seem to be an eventuality and not a probability).

2- (click to show/hide)learn to pay attention to the screen, Okabe sent a D-Mail from Mr.Broun's Cell as FB preventing Moeka from doing anything wrong to kill Mayuri or cause her death, the causality that was triggering that was nearly gone, the fact remains that SERN is still after them, so if they remove the first D-Mail Sern will not have a need to hunt them down, hence Mayuri's life will not be in danger, however Kurisu's life is forfeit in the Beta line where everything started from.
Pay attention.

But the fact remains that they work for SERN in this world line, so when Moeka finishes her task (whatever it may have changed to) she will be killed by SERN completing the eventuality.  And the same with Mr. Braun.  In all likelyhood, they will complete their assigned tasks before their natural deaths, so in this world line SERN still kills them (eventually).

Their deaths may have been delayed for long period of time, perhaps even years, but it is still an eventuality (I believe) as they work under SERN in this line.

Whether or not they die in the beta line is unknown.

Yet again, I need to point out you are not paying any attention.
(click to show/hide)Okabe makes certain promises along the way, knowing what will be happening he makes promises he will stop the deaths of people dear to him, starting from obvious Mayuri, then he needs to save Kurisu, Moeka, and eventually Mr.Broun.

Mayuri is pretty much safe by now, then he needs to somehow save Kurisu. Employ Moeka to prevent hear suicide, and Mr.Broun will not have a reason to kill himself if SERN would not know about the time machine.

I see how that works now, I guess.

But Mayuri is not safe yet, he needs to undo the last one as her death is still going to happen.  He will have to make a choice.

Maybe Kurisu will realize that she is going to die, time leap herself back and mess some stuff up.

Havoc10K:
There are possible ways of preventing her death, but like Meomix said, first episode now makes a lot more sense, maybe you should rewatch it, i think it's on BluRays already.
