There is no way that the Germans fight again, they are still occupied by U.S. Probably China, Russia or India.
I bet you, he finds the perfect world line, but in order for it to happen, he must die!

The best solution to achieve the perfect line is to Time Leap before he actively tried the device, and after he saved Kurisu, then destroying all data about the device and the device itself.
That would prevent any experimentation with time and likely nothing would go wrong.
But that is simply not happening :D

He said somewhere that you can't time leap to before the device was created, I think. Either that or he doesn't have the "Launch Code" (Suzuha gave him that launch code when SERN attacked).
