Picking 8 is hard to think of. If I had to choose though most definitely would be:

1. Lum (Urusei Yatsura)
2. Benten (Urusei Yatsura)
3. Beatrice (Umineko No Naku Koro Ni)
4. Major (Ghost in the Shell)
5. Roberta (Black Lagoon)
6. Air Master (Air Master)
7. Unchou Kanu (Ikkitousen)
8. Faye Valentine (Cowboy Bebop)

Faye was a hard choice for me since I had 2 other people in mind but this is my group if I had to choose. The numbering is pretty accurate to how much I favor them.

I had a big harem at one point then I realized that I wouldn't actually care about most of them considering I could swap them out constantly without really caring.

To be honest, I'm not sure at this point. I think I'd ditch all of them on even the slightest whim except maybe Melona since she has so much utility what with the shapeshifting and all. I think overall I'd probably want a shapeshifting succubus that can go futanari (of any size) at will. In that respect I guess Golden Darkness isn't a bad pick even if she isn't a succubus.

Well, I'll think on that.
