what language is that?
it is not portuguese, french or arab so i can't help you buddy. Is it an asian language (which is my though)?

that's thai, correct. but filipinos have their own squiggly glyphs too(or at least, used to)

and no, not all filipinos speak tagalog(it's a dialect), filipino is the national language. though that really doesn't make much difference since they're kinda indistinguishable from each other, lol.
