They'd probably tell you more in depth how it is on the BL forums. A few links would be this and this. There's guns then within those many prefixes modified by different parts of the gun in which there's more sub parts. Sometimes sub parts that are the same constitute different damage/accuracy/ROF too, so it gets even more diverse.

to re-rail this topic, Bulletstorm doesn't look like it's floating anyone's boat, it doesn't look interesting apart from the whip, the kick and the whip-kick combo.

Seriously though, I think something like "Warriors", though I've never played it, would be more fitting with their rioting and uprisings.
