blubart:
i only lost the dlc guy - otherwise the complete team (including fenris, bethany, anders were on my side for the endfight)

Havoc10K:
it's kind of annoying the DLC guy is the only real archer aside from varrick, though you can't give Varrick any bows, unless you go warior/rogue archer :P
seriously, that is so stupid :P

HiddenJumper:
I just finished the game myself as a warrior. I was in the same boat as Blubart, everyone joined me except Sebastian, because I let Anders go instead of killing him. Its weird I thought Anders was going to disappear for good at the end because I didn't ask him to join me, but then he showed back up again. The funniest thing is I ran into a weird thing with the romancing portion of the game. I went and romanced Isabela first during the second part, but during the third part of the game, I went and romanced Merill. Now Isabela returned for the third part and the game considered her my lover, however I was still freely able to romance Merill. Merill ended up falling in love with me and Isabela got jealous and asked me if I still loved her which I said yes. The game couldn't tell, anymore, who was the girl I was romancing so it considered both of them to be my lover. Long story short, at the end of the game when Varric said only one stayed with the champion, the audio overlapped with two different names, both Merill and Isabela.

All that aside, my thoughts on the game are mixed. I had fun with the dialogue, especially Varric and Isabela; those two are my favorites. However, I felt the final boss and the ending to the story left something to be desired. I was expecting the boss to be on a more grander scale as far as importance go (I mean come on, you fight in a war in DA:O against the darkspawn, that was epic), however this was some petty little city squabbling. The grand scale of things wasn't there. I thought DA:O was more epic than this (especially if you coincide the kick ass "This is War" song from 30 Seconds to Mars into there, that was awesome).

With the way DA2 ended, if they don't make an expansion or full on sequel to this story, I will be greatly pissed, because DA2 needs a continuation to get over the massive cliffhangers they left it at. What would be cool is if DA3 comes out with a new hero, however at the end of DA3 all 3 heros get together for a major confrontation against the Darkspawn once and for all (using, of course, the file import system so you can import your character from DA1 and DA2). This would help achieve epic status for DA3. Think about it, 3 custom made characters (aside from Hawke who is only partially customized) that you made versus the leader(s) of all Darkspawn to finally rid the world of this great evil.

Havoc10K:
From the bits of the story it would appear that Hero of Feralden, Hawke, Morrigan and Flemmeth will meet up at the end of the entire story, very probable that we will be able to either import the characters from saves or customize their characteristics like class and skills. In the final Game there will also be a new character, probably Morrigan's brat that we will control, and yeah, we will probably leap into a final confrontation into the cause of the darkspawn. But that is just a wild guess.

x5ga:
End boss was kinda easy compared to some other ones... I mean, that High Dragon in the bone pit gave me a lot more trouble. Finished the game 2 times now (rogue and warrior; didn't pick mage since no Bethany), ending was... well... I want Dragon Age III before I can comment on it. Or will the anime movie that will be out this year continue it maybe?
