In that case it is safe to assume all remaining non-hentainess has been irretrievably lost, subsequently all female characters are incapable of feeling any pain whatsoever but will instead derive sexual pleasure from any physical interaction with another entity in the universe. Betentacled monsters, males, other females, transsexuals, animals, the furniture, transsexual animals, gods who have transformed into showers of gold, anything goes.
