Destro was the lock spec for pvp in Wrath. Atleast for arenas with their insane burst. Demo got a lot of changes, and were viable for pvp just before Cata. Then they nerfed them soon after, so of course, people went back to affliction. Not because they were pansies, but purely for viability. In otherwords, if Bliz wanted them to use the other specs, they shouldn't nerf all of them at once.
Now lets look at Destro for PvP. Destro needs the long cast immolate on the target at all times, to use conflagrate and for all their bonus damage with the fire spells. A dispeller basically shuts a destro down from doing burst damage. They lack the survivability of affliction, like instant AoE fear, slow, and to be able to get health back. Destro is only powerful if noobs ignore them. The are toast when a melee gets on them.
Demo - like always, becomes almost useless without their pet. Most all their spells are long casts. No casting on the run. Can be shut down.
Affliction - they took away mana drain which was used to punish those that frequently dispel. Heard they just nerfed drain life again. Affliction dots just don't kill anyone anymore.
Locks are not the most powerful and are currently the least played class in wow. They used to be great in 2v2 and overnight seemed to be wiped from that bracket completely....excep t for those whom were already in and stopped playing after the nerfs. They are good support for the other brackets, but why take a Lock when you can take a much better Shadow Priest? Shadow Priests still have their mana drain.
Havoc10K:
possibly, I always attack locks on PVP, as my shaman was always elemental some of the buffs they had were pretty cool, duno how the new setup works for them now as I didn't like half of them.

In 1v1 situations, it's unbalanced so you won't always win against some certain classes. PvP Warlocks can be a hinder to your class but don't forget if your enhancement you shouldn't complain once. You have one of the best bursts in the game at the moment.
Havoc10K:
I'm elemental, since the start and till the dawn of WoW :)
(off specc sometimes resto sometimes enh, but not for PVP :P )
