I can't seem to find this anywhere...Accordin g to AniDB, one group started subbing it but it's stalled, but I'm hoping (beyond hope) that there's a complete sub out there.

You may try translating Italian subs in Google.Translate. Of course, resulting subs will be like HK subs, but, at least, that should be enough to understand the plot to some extent.
