Hasn't been released on DVD/BD yet.
The "encore" airing has begun two weeks ago in Japan, coinciding with the limited US theatrical release. These are probably the same versions, adding about 10 minutes to the movie. I guess the home releases will use this version.

So, for now: get a cam rip.
