Did anyone else hear that crack when his leg hit the curb? I think it broke.
It always pains me to see a child get hurt, but bullying just tips me off.
He got what was coming to him (though he could have gotten seriously injured)

because people get fucking sued when this happens in non shithole places

I know that if anyone gets actually hurt (more then small cuts/bruises) the school and or the parents of the child who inflicted the wounds get the fuck sued out of them

It's video taped and put on Youtube... this is why I love the internet. People getting real justice for themselves... I wish I would of done something like that to the bullies at my elementary school. Sadly, I am not older and run the risk of getting shot... so it's always about the nutshot and running time!

Nope, only in USA. Haven't heard of anyone suing over something as trivial as school violence or bullying. Something similar happened when I went to school, a well known instigator got punched so hard in the stomach that he was throwing up for a while. Of course the principal didn't say a word to the guy who punched him, because it was well known that the idiot is always asking for trouble on a daily basis.

Yea, something happens once or twice out of a few million instances and suddenly its the norm?
Of course there are always gonna be greedy assholes who want to make a case out of nothing, but its pretty rare that it ever gets past the desk clerk.

I remember doing something like that to a friend of mine.I actually didn't mean to, he caught me from my back, I just grabbed his hands to let it go but making a lil move forward I made him fall in front XD Though it wasn't this bad.

Not sued, perhaps, but in Sweden police get involved fairly often if things get troublesome for the people involved. A guy who bothered most people at my school ended up with a police complaint (and probably followed up with a dot in his registry) after a thing he did against me.
