Give Xmarks a try. You can sync your bookmarks and saved passwords between browsers and computers. Doesn't hurt that it's free to use  :)

Or you can give up browser bookmarks entirely and make the switch to something like http://pinboard.in .  You can find bookmarks by tag or search, on any computer with web access.  It's like moving from ISP email to Gmail.

For the curious, one of Pinboard's leads was a cofounder of Del.icio.us, and the service is in many ways what the latter would be today if Yahoo! hadn't bought (and killed) it.

Yes.  If you use bookmarks nearly as heavily as I do, it's well worth it.  Hell, Pinboard (and previously Delicious) easily saves me 5 hours a week, so the ~6$USD I paid for a lifetime account is... trivial.
