When did tinypic start this..?

Apparently, now tinypic reduces the quality of jpg pics to ridiculous levels - 37% quality, I'm pretty sure. And somehow it seems like when you first upload it's at the right quality and then at some point later they totally rape the quality... ugh.

I guess I'll have to start using another image host for anything I can't reasonably upload as png.

they have short urls like tinypic. and as far as i know tinypic has always reduced the quality of images over 1 mb. i never knew they fuck it up that much though.

but yeah, I noticed tinypic did that crap when I tried uploading a 700 x 5000 ish pic lol, then what came out was like 50 x 400 or something (approximating, dont get all mathy on me)
