Except, Anaru already confessed to Jintan. Well, she didn't say "JINTAN I WUV YOU!" but she confessed to him nevertheless.

As long as she doesn't say she loves him RIGHT NOW IN PRESENT it doesn't matter at all, she only said she did like him then, if my memory serves me right today.

Watch the 1st half of episode 8 again. She confesses that she loved him back when they were kids and then says plenty of stuff that shows she still feels the same way (She doesn't just imply it, she really says so).

gonna have to when the BDs are out, but I still stand by that Yukiatsu wants to force her to really say it properly, I think that although he is a creep, he is also blind to Tsuruko's feelings, but he does seem to get one thing, one complete freak is enough in this group, they don't need 2 guys loving a ghost :)

^ Yes, Yukiatsu probably is trying to do that.
But it won't make me forget the fact that he hugs and kisses a Menma wig before sleeping, and will probably keep doing so after Menma goes to heaven. Loving a ghost is better than being romantically obsessed with a person who's completely dead.
