I meant the quality of the webrip

it wasn't good at all especially on 32 inch tv
Well, it's a webrip, it usually isn't very good quality.

EDIT: It looks like I'll be watching this. The production value is great from what I can tell after skimming parts of Doki's release. And I haven't watched Blood+ further than episode one so no conflicting emotions...

*edit*

looks like what I expected. . .will probably stick to it, doesn't seem spectacular but I guess it will live up to my expectations (which arent high)

but damn. . .the art has CLAMP written all over it. . .

If I'm forced to compare the two recent Saya's... Can't say I prefer this one, she looks dumb. I'm looking forward to when the father dies (hopefully he will) so she can go dark/serious mode. Blood+'s character progression was too awesome for the league, don't let us down new anime.

I've been waiting 6 years for this. Was a massive fan of Blood+. I just hope this new anime doesn't completely ignore the series and start over. CLAMP will handle story and character designs while I.G. handle the animation.

holy shit someone liked blood+ i thought that shithole of boredom couldnt possibly be liked by anyone

I saw a couple of episodes of Blood+ and didnt really get much into it (prolly they were around mid-20's so I didnt have a backround on the story) add to the list that the girl wasnt attractive (short hair. . .ewww :P) it was a no no
but this one. . .
starting with Clamp and I.G. it was a plus
and now I saw the first episode and it doesnt look bad. . .it has clamp stamp everywhere! Im hoping they'll run into Yuko and Watanuki. . . :P maybe a mokona might pop in there

TBH the "mysterious" guy at school and the cooking guy resemble (well actually exactly like) Sakura's brother and Yukito (Sakura Cardcaptor)

For some, Blood+ might be only good if you watch the whole thing. The story doesn't really reveal itself (or make much sense for that matter) until we learn about the big picture. It becomes very interesting from that point. Furthermore, if you're into deep character development, it gives us a good grasp on pretty much every one of its characters. I loved it.

I loved Blood+ as well. Action, emotion, intricate story, no moe and no fanservice, Production IG animation, great music ... what's not to love?

I don't know, I like it!

The action was great, and I actually like most of the characters.

actually the character development is fucking garbage for a 50+ episode show, the story isnt all that great and the give a whole lot of build up to very little climax

I guess I'd just like to know, when are we? Not the 60s or 70s, that's for sure. But is it now or a few years ago?

But hey, it was good. I didn't have a yen to go fold my laundry while watching ep.1.

Just reminding you this isnt a remake of Blood+. . . according to AniDB its " A new original animation based on the Blood franchise and featuring popular mangaka collaboration Clamp as original character designers"

by this I mean, dont be complaining about it not following the original storyline or following any manga >:(

I like it! CLAMP's involved so I like it more

unlike Blood+ this girl is cute. . . and thats that!

i'm not sure if I should stay current with this title or "power watch"  it after it ends.  usually,  with this type of anime I find better to just sit down one day and watch it all instead of an ep a week.  what do you guys think.

Fight scene was good.
Everything else sucked.I hate the characters especially that quiet moron that somehow Saya finds interesting. If one of the characters doesn't turn up to be interesting or at least gay in the next 2-3 episodes I'll probably drop it.
Also, she turns into demon and doesn't notice? I expect she'll become very powerful, able to take on a horde of demons and still be saved every time by an average human. You know what kind of crap I'm talking about,no?

I want a cow and NO,not for a hentai! Why...why would you think that? ⚢

Guess haters are goin' to hate. . . ::)

Anyway the art was pretty good along with the fight sequence. Sucks this isn't a true sequel to Blood+ though. Right now its a toss up of among Saya's classmates are not who they appear to be.

Got the quite dark haired Bishi guy who reminds of me Saya's 'butler' from Blood+
Twins and as anyone who watched Blood+ knows what that may imply.

Honestly the cast is just standard clamp stuff. Dark haired dude looks like Sakura's brother from CCS or Tsubasa Chronicle. The guy at the place she had breakfast at reminds me of Yukito. The twins remind me of the twins from XXXholic etc. I mean you cant really say anything until you see more of the show but the artwork and character designs are much like there other stuff. I liked most of there other stuff so that doesnt really bother me. Also as much as I would have liked to see a sequel to Blood+ seeing as how it took place around now the sequel would have to take place in a the future since she wasnt going to wake up for 30 years. Which means other than Saya and Haji anyone else would be old if they did more. BTW im not hating or anything I really want to enjoy this since I really liked Blood+. Blood+ was just a little slow and the main character seemed to weak. I hope they fix that in this series.
