Creating a guest user on windows 7

Iv'e had it with all the sons of bitches sticking their nose in my computer, so I decided to make a guest user.
I don't know why I didn't do it before. Just now I saw some traces of poor attempts to find my "stuff", I removed my search box weeks ago but now it's back, not that they can find anything though ;) I just removed it because it's kinda stupid.

I wan't to make an extremely limited guest user. The whole package anything you can think of, no installing any software of any kind, no access to the control panel, anything.

Is that possible in Windows 7 Unlimited? If so, how?

Meh I need something I don't already know.

I just remembered that windows steady state back in XP was able to limit access to the start menu and other stuff. that may be what you want. in that case

Roven:
Precisely, I was looking for limitation ways. Heck, it would be nice if they can't even access "My Computer"
