WTF is wrong with Microsoft?

Firstly if they are legit why are so worried. just uninstall the whole office and then again install using the install disc.
In any case doesn't look like you tried system restore. I usually play around with a lot of crack software and try doing some other modification to system folder (thats system32 folder, in case you don't know) and sometimes the results not what i want and i just use system restore to get back to life.

this is the most useful thing you can do when you have a problem. Even before asking on a forum.
