AniDB would tell you who released Blu-Ray rips. If you want one with UTW's subs, check animepassion.net for LightningBlade's release.

Well, as the site I mentioned says, you will need to use IRC to download them. If you haven't done so before, I suggest learning how to use it, as it can be a valuable resource in acquiring files that aren't available elsewhere.
