Bug Fights?!

I say we just create a prison colony on the moon and make people fight to survive. No rewards! Losers die, and the winners... well they die, eventually

That'd require we first colonize the moon. Why not say we genetically manipulate a race of humanoid fighters who have no sentience or pain receptors at all if we're going that far.

Hell, if we could do that we'd most likely teach them to scream in pain. If not just make them feel pain on a heightened level.
