Your favorite scene or clip from a movie or show?

I was wondering the other day what was my most favorite clip or scene from a movie. I soon figured it out, but now I want to know what you guys' and gal's favorite particular clip or scene in a movie or show is.

To this freakin' day I laugh EVERY time at this scene from Happy Gilmore. So, I'd say this is one of my favorite scenes from a movie

Other than that, I'd probably add the second kill scene (the one where he hacks up the dude that killed his wife and daughter) from Law Abiding Citizen as well as the scene where the judge gets shot in the side of her head out of the cell phone. Also, from Law Abiding Citizen.
