Hello I am new. I am a bit confused as to where the right place to post this is and hope this one is ok here. I am new to BakaBT but I used to be a power user on boxtorrents.com. I dont know if baka has any relation to box but it seems to me to have a very similar look and feel about it. lol I tried my old account on box just to see if it would work here and it didnt. No surpise there. ~smiles~ I hope to meet and make new friends here and talk about anime (witch I cant live with out) with other who also enjoy it. If this is in the wrong place can some one please let me know. I dont like breaking rules. Um.. also I am haveing dificulty with getting a avatar to work. Can any one give me some advise?

Well, as you can see, not really noob-friendly that is BakaBT. He does suggest you take a look at the FAQ and Wiki (in his own way) which is something you already should be done with seeing as you ticked the boxes off when you registered on the tracker. You'll find most of your answers there.

nods. I have a slow learning curve but I try. I do read it but I am bad at finding what I am looking for. thank you for ur replies. I will continue to look at the faq and wiki. I was just hopeing to make some friends here.

1. Welcome.
2. Yes we are Boxtorrents but with a new name and different internal structure.
3. Your account was probably pruned for being inactive for 11+ months.
4. Avatars for the main site are in Settings > Avatar. Forum is under Profile > Forum Profile Information. Make sure that in both cases you are using a Direct Link.
5. For introductions please us the thread mentioned above: Returning & Introduction Thread.
6. For mods to take much notice of you then you have to stuff up a fair amount. Otherwise we are not really that fussed if you break a rule here or there.
