i'm on 8.1, other than the quote below, 18GB size on x64 :-|
i could definitely fit it in a 32GB SSD :D

edit: ohh and speaking of system resource usages, ram usage :o it uses 30% less ram than windows7, defo a big deal.

No real reason not to get it, I guess. Unless you really liked the Windows Experience Index. They finally ditched that.
