You can't actually slap a 2d char if she annoys you (thinks of Rei Bitch Slap)

All I would ever need is for a girl like Lina Inverse to be real, I don't need any magic or stuff, that would just ruin mankind, but her personality was one of a kind, i'll never forget her, even in my senile years, i'd sooner have an illusion of her in my old days rather than live without memory of her.

another one would be Ika Musume, it would simply be fun watching her adventures live.

I would love to have Ika as a friend xD So many hilarious things would ensue

I would like to order Kotori Shirakawa, fresh and juicy please. That's the idol girl that any man would fall for. What's the chances of seeing a girl like that IRL? Pretty low. America almost has like 5% or less out of the 300+ million people we have here. Such fate.

There is no way that there is 15 million Kotori Shirakawa or Kotori Shirakawa-like women out there... impossible. I would say maybe 500 of them at the most in the USA if that.

What I want to know is why there isn't a Tomo Takino or Yui Hirasawa out there for me. We could be best friends, go out, get married and form a family band with our child named Superfly as the drummer and we would tour the countryside and none of you would be invited!

Tangible? :P
Having a 2D girl is kinda like winning a lottery but instead of getting $100 million you just get a picture of $100 million that you won.
You can be happy you have it, love the idea of having $100 million, you can think of all the fun things you would do with it... if only you could actually hold that money.

Except a real girl would be pulling money out of your pockets like a magnet drawing iron sand, not giving you money :P

Money itself doesn't give people happiness... but a charismatic personality and good looks can definitely inspire you. Marylynne Monroe for example... most people never saw her in person, but I'm sure she was an icon that inspired men to be with her and women to become her. Amiright?

Wow no wonder some of you guys go for the 2d girls. I sense a slight sexist tone.

Us? Sexist? Noooooooooooooooooo WWAAAAYYYY....

I mean, I can't speak for all of us... but I think most women are cunts. In fairness, most guys are dicks too... but at least I can talk with an asshole of a guy versus talking to a bitchy girl. I'm not sexist exactly, I'm more of a mental elitist... meaning I know I'm better than everyone else around me... if you think like me, you are accepted by me. If you think everyone is created equally (mentally), then I will have to disagree with you. There are a lot of people who are very much dumber than myself, and there are people who are significantly smarter than me... yet my mentality is that I'm better than you, but you think your better than me. The both us combined are better than either one of us divided.

Im not sexist. I may be a little bit shallow, but I am not sexist.
A person needs to be able to do atleast one of 3 things for me-

Can you make me laugh? Can you make me think? If you can't do either, can you atleast be pleasing to the eyes?
Well, a guy can only pull off 2 of those at best while the proper girl can make all 3, so if I am sexist at all its towards men  :P

really tho, this is a forum full of anime nerds, what do you expect =p

We're not all money grabbing harpies who just want to deny boyfriends sex. :/
Harpy would resent that.

Same. Comments like:

:/

My opinion: It's sad and delusional and just a great way for a lot of you to not even try to get into a real relationship. Because a grinning hideously proportioned anime girl is just so much easier. The pillow line still applies.

You can argue that 'most of you will never get laid' but even the most dysfunctional members of my uni's anime society have girlfriends. Why? Because, guess what, there are a lot of girls out there who are the same. We're not all money grabbing harpies who just want to deny boyfriends sex. :/

yeah, this did kind of degenerate. i can't believe i tried to give honest practical advice about programming a robo-waifu. i really thought you guys were talking about true love, but if it's just about running away from bad experiences with gold diggers, i have to retract my goodwill.

looks like you win again, backwards modern culture. :(

I'm not sexist. I've only dated one gold digger. Haha. Otherwise most of the girl's I have dated were just normal or in some cases, I later found out, were crazy. lol Luckily that is usually Post-Relationship thankfully.

To clear thing's up. I don't quite understand the 2D girl thing. It... Is weird or rather, foreign to me. I've never thought of replacing the real thing before. And I don't think I want to.

Id go 2D for Mio.
Also, is the 1950s guys? are you dorks actually paying for all this shit? Aside from birthdays, holidays and when I am feeling nice do I ever pay for her shit...
She knows I am a nice guy, but I am not a piggy bank. If you guys are being treated as one its cuz you are beta as fuck.

And I mean that in the nicest way possible. We are all a bunch of dorks, but you have no one to blame but yourself if you let yourself become the pocketbook in the relationship.

No. Negative thoughts. As real as they are, there'll always be something going on and they hide it from you. Of course no one is perfect, but you can't use that excuse for their heavy actions.

Well said, sir. If she's using you as an ATM, either get it straightened out with her, or dump her. No point in getting abused.
