That first image.... Lucky Star reference! That looks almost exactly like the cheer leader outfits that are worn in the musical number in the last episode.

I will be damned if they go for tsundere though, best build was around Ui.

Though I do know how you guys feel about Madoka, but the Anime rule #2 applies here:

that was being built up for a very long time now but it's certain they will not hook up in this show, though I admit she is very interesting, the other girl that works at that inn is also nice, but not a good match for him, or he isn't for her more like, he doesn't deserve her

This show is done in a way to progress Ui's route it seems. If they suddenly go to Hina I will actually rage like I did in Shuffle!
