I think they should have had him choose a character which was not so blatantly obvious.  Maybe choosing Madoka would be nice.

Since it was obvious he will choose Ui having him choose a different girl would be exactly Shuffle route, that that would cause a great deal of hate. Rule #1 in romance /harem anime: first girl introduced gets the boy. it is very rare they break this rule, even more rare they do it right, 0.0001% chance they do it correctly.

I still think harem animes should be done more like Amagami and Yosuga no Sora, that way each girl gets a chance

I assume you are watching BluRays, you will at least watch a better quality then, this is a really nice show. The OVA is indeed a bit weird, but that's ok

Yeah, but it takes the away the fun of not knowing and being able to root for the character I want him to pick.

I may still watch it but really most of the fun is gone for me now

I may have had strong suspicions but I still wouldn't have known 100%.

... Episode 10 ... that's just not right. I already know where this is headed. I'm fine with Sakai Hina or Koumoto Madoka ... Ui just doesn't fit in the picture - at all. I feel Koumoto's pain, if she could have just made a little push or if Kazuma were to like confess to her. On to the rest of the episodes.

First girl introduced rule if I am not mistaken.

Personally I hoped for her, she has a weird personality, true, but she isn't a bad choice. I liked her, hence one of my earlier comments :Shuffle done right.

I mean, sure, every other girl was better than Ui, but Ui had actually a very unique personality, unlike the girl in Shuffle that got picked, seriously, if you consider all the facts, this is a very good choice. Even though considering what she felt along the time about the other friends. If i'm not mistaken she was quiet about her feelings so that her friend would have been picked. Correct me if I'm wrong here.

Basically a slaughter house between all girls over one guy, like over the other series out there. I don't hate Ui, btw.

Whenever I watch stuff like this, I want to go back and re-watch Myself; Yourself. Hmm, I don't know why.

Daigo's funny as hell in the OVA, lol. I like the OVA. I get to see more Madoka and Hina.
