They were annoying her most likely, she's a yandere, she doesn't need any other reason.

seems like it. likely reasons

(click to show/hide)cliche version: They fight a lot. Y U NO snaps. they get killed. sibling saw it. "it" gets killed.

unique version (or at least i think it's unique): They do not consider her their daughter and openly shows love only to sibling. and sometime there, she snaps, kills em all. which might explain why she immediately got attached to Yuki because of his "promise". that is, because she never got anyone she loved to give her even simple pleasures.
